the hotel was beautiful, the best breakfast buffet, the rooms are huge and the service is great. no one begs for tips, and when you tip they are grateful and always let you know that is voluntary to tip because it is their job to give you first class service

Very nice hotel. Clean and quiet. Bell captains are very friendly but the receptionists are always busy using their cell phones!

I travelled alone and the staff of the hotel made me feel at home. The service and security was amazing.

The breakfasts were great -- nice selections included in price. However, we had dinner one time at the restaurant & it was overpriced and the food was not that good. Generally, the service was good. Very nice pool area. Good business center with computers, etc.

hotel santo domingo offers its guests the best service and the buffet breakfast is the best. Thewarming attention from each one of the employees makes you feel like at home.
