Front desk staff was friendly & got us checked-in quickly. We noticed that the luggage carts were everywere but at the front entrance. The beds were pretty old & in need of replacement, but weren't uncomfortable. We didn't have any "do not disturb" signs to put on the door handle & the bathtub drain was very, very slow. Pool was a comfortable temp, as was the whirlpool, but both were always crowded (not the hotel's fault, obviously!) Breakfast was good, but on one morning, a breaker apparently tripped & one of the waffle makers & a toaster were unusable for awhile. Complimentary cookies at the front entrance in the evening was a nice touch. A/C was the old-style wall-mounted unit, that didn't perform too well on the low setting. We didn't bother trying the high setting because we didn't want to freeze during the night (if it worked as it should). Woke up one morning at 7 a.m. to hear a dog barking two floors below us. That was a bit obnoxious! All-in-all, not a bad stay, but not the greatest for the price. Exterior was very nice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was great, breakfast was wonderful and the beds are awesome. Will be staying there again.

Great bargain for the money - clean facility and friendly staff - great breakfast included in the price - highly recommend!!

I just wanted to say how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Pheasant Hill recently. I chose that location as I had stayed there last October and found it to be a wonderful hotel. During our visit, we realized that the hotel had changed from the Best Western chain, but everything was just as nice as before, right down to some of the familiar faces I remember from my previous visit.
The hotel was wonderfully clean, teh continental breakfast was as always suburb, with great attention paid to both friendliness and supplies. the front desk staff was polite and helpfuland very welcoming.
I look forward to my next visit.
A Great Stay at the Pheasant Hill Inn

My family recently returned from a “getaway†to Spokane in which we stayed at the Pheasant Hill. I wanted to send you a note to thank the hotel staff for such a wonderful stay. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The little extras such as the hot breakfast, cookies , and soup made our stay something special. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. I will make it a point to tell my friends about the Pheasant Hill. Thank you for such a pleasant stay! We will be back soon.
