That English politeness, I tell you! Even the elevators talked and they were polite! There is a great restaurant with a lovely breakfast buffet, beautiful architecture, swimming pool with great shower facilities, about a half a mile away from big ben, next to London Eye, on Thames River. You can walk to a lot of places from here or you can take the big bus tour, which you get on right outside the hotel. They take you everywhere on a continuous circuit, you just hop on and off whenever you want and get back on whenever you want, on a different bus. They are pretty witty and tell you some great facts about London.

Great stay

We arrived after a long flight from the states. We were told the room would be ready in an hour, and after settleing into the lounge with some coffee, they came and told us our room was ready. We arrived upstairs on the 6th floor with a karge room and a view of the Thames and Big Ben. Everytime we left or arrived we were greeted by a staff member. It was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone. The only negative was the price we paid for Internet access. It was 15 ponds for 24 hours and it should be included for the price you pay for the hotel.

My two daughters and I vacationed in London. This hotel was located right in the heart of everything! The staff were friendly and very helpful. I have already told friends they must stay here, and I intend to stay at this hotel when we return to London. The only negative was the buffet breakfast. It was a little expensive for the amount we ate.

Fabulous Hotel in a fabulous location

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the London County Hall Marriott. The location of the hotel cannot be beaten, not can the views of the Thames, Big Ben, The Houses of Parliament and the Lonond Eye. We used Marriott rewards points for this stay. The rooms were significantly larger than the average London room, the bed was heavenly. The hotel staff were consistantly pleasant, professional and helpful, especially the concierge. We never ate in the hotel restaurants, but used the concierge lounge daily for breakfast and then evening drinks. I would recomend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location to explore London from.
