The room and pools were awesome, though the highlight is the staff: friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Location was perfect.

We had a great time in Acapulco, Our room was nice. We were on the 15th floor and had a great view. We were on a corner room so our terrific balcony had views in 2 directions. The staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel was centrally located and was very nice. The staff was nice and the room was nice. The only problem was the air conditioner didnt work too good. The view from our room was beautiful too (room 1107)
