When your only complaint afetr 7 days is that the mattress on the bed are a little worn, that's not to bad. Hotel and grounds are very clean and the staff is cleaning all day. The pools and beach were clean. Small beach but that's what the privacy gets you. Good variety of local and American cuisine, enough for 7 days. If you are going to spend all 7 days inside the hotel you may get bored but you would everywhere else to.

This hotel is great for someone who wants to sit back and relax. The view is absolutely gorgeous. Food is not very good. Theres only 3 restaurants and one you need to make a reservation for every night. The staff were not very helpful at all and were pretty snotty. Everyone speaks Spanish and I would recommend staying at this hotel if you want to just relax but otherwise there is no night life at all at this hotel. You need to go elsewhere at night.

Just spent a week there & I would go back in a flash! You can't beat the value of the all-inclusive package. The service was A-1, rooms clean & comfortable, the menu is somewhat limited, but what was served was very good. The hotel is away from the bustle of the strip, but the scenery is magnifico!
