Best Things About the Resort:
It is quite a large resort in a modern Mexican style property. There were several pools with views of the beach.

Resort Experience:
This resort is very overpriced in every manner that they offer. The distance from town with access is very unreasonable. The management for this resort were NOT helpful when needed and several problems arouse from our experiences through the resort. They misrepresented the timeshare presentation, telling me I can go to space!! Sure!!

There was poop in one of the pools that an 11-year-old girl had to get rid of with a cup because of lack of hospitality. The fishing trip was misrepresented in all sorts of fashion where it cost us $200 US on top of our deposited agreement. The doctor charged my husband $150 US for 10 minutes for an ear infection that the doctor here in Canada explained how we were scammed, and he is now on heavy medication to get rid of the infection that went right down his throat. They were not helpful with many other ways and I would not recommend a stay at this resort.

Please note that most of the people that we met there had complaints because of the misrepresentations and lack of real hospitality. The management were not helpful to them in any way either. The costs for food and everything else offered at the resort was outrageous!! There are many beautiful resorts in downtown Cabo that we saw, and would suggest a stay at one of those resorts.

Best Things About the Resort:
Beautiful setting and grounds with ocean at your feet. Extremely friendly people, even our favorite Mexican selling jewelry on the beach joined in the volley ball game. Extremely clean facility.

Resort Experience:
This resort was a little piece of paradise. Outside of the high cost of food, we really could not find any fault with the facility. The people were very friendly, from our smiling maid to the towel boy, and activity director to the wait staff and front desk help. The daily maid service was extensive and, on a day when I left the unit and returned two hours later, our maid was standing in our shower smiling as she scrubbed the walls.

The property is well kept--they even wash the sidewalks with pail and mop. We had a relaxing time at the resort and then traveled into town (Cabo San Lucas) in the evening to explore and seek out new and local restaurants. We were never disappointed. We found a charming water-taxi guide who we hired twice: once to go to the Office, a fun place for shrimp and drinks, and another, to hit the Arch and Lover's Beach. Everyone was friendly and we had a great time.

Best Things About the Resort:
This is a wonderful resort -- the pools are amazing and the food is very good.

Resort Experience:
When you arrive, the first thing that they push on you is the timeshare sales lecture.

The resort itself is very nice with a guarded entry. The room was wonderful -- two huge bedrooms, each with a full bath, and very private because they are separated by the full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Each bedroom had its own sliding glass door with a patio area. This was a nice set up for us since we took my younger sister and her 3.5-year-old son.

There is a small store on site, but it didn't have much. I came prepared, bringing enough Easy Mac for Jerran to last him the trip. The resort food was good -- we went to the buffet one night and the Beach Party . . . this is a must, although I must say I had way too many Long Island Iced Teas from the open bar!!

One big downfall was that the vendors bugged you any time you went to the beach -- you almost had to run away from them. I think if they hired security they could stop the pestering while still allowing them to sell there wares.

Best Things About the Resort:
The timeshare is amazing. It feels like a wonderful vacation spot where you can relax and have no worries. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The people are incredibly friendly and helpful. You just feel like you are in paradise.

Resort Experience:
Cabo San Lucas took us by surprise. It is this amazing land of desert, mountains, and the most beautiful ocean. It's wonderfully romantic with great beaches and outstanding views. There are so many options there. We really wanted to just relax and have no itinerary or anything, and that's what we did.

The pools at Hacienda Del Mar are amazing, including an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Our beach was a bit too dangerous to swim in so I would swim up to the edge of the pool, sit on the ledge and watch the beautiful waves. So relaxing! But, if you want a busy vacation, you can snorkel, dive, fish, golf, ride ATVs, shop, etc. We took a glass bottom boat ride to the famous Los Arcos (the arch) and that was a blast!

What an amazing place! Everyone told us that Cabo is unique to other places they have been in Mexico and I believe it! The food was fantastic. Definitely visit Pitahayas at Hacienda Del Mar for outstanding presentation and food. All I can say is go to Cabo! You'll love it!

It is located about 15 minutes from town where all the restaurants and shopping are located, but is definitely a relaxing, beautiful place to go. Plenty of world-class golf very close by.

Resort Experience:
We booked our stay at the Sheraton Hacienda del Mar Vacation Club for our RCI exchange week. The accommodations were fantastic. We had a 3 bedroom (1 king and 4 queen/full size beds), 4 bath, fully furnished 2-story apartment with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Beautiful decor with balconies from all rooms. The landscaping was lush and colorful. The beach was clean and the water an azure blue. Plenty of room for privacy (with the exception of the peddlers selling jewelry and other local crafts) makes for a very relaxing environment. The restaurants were good but expensive (great lobster dinner right on the beach). The spa was very nice and offered a variety of services including a very deep, relaxing massage. It is a 15 minute drive from the main points of attraction such as restaurants and shopping. Due to bad weather offshore the beaches were not suitable for swimming due to undertow and I understand that is the norm for certain times of year. It was a place that I would highly recommend and would go back again in the future. Be sure to take a look at the stars at night...absolutely amazing view!
