The most comfortable bed i,ve ever seen in a hotel, we slept like babies. A very lovely hotel that is very close to the airport. Transportion is a breeze. Service is great and the staff were very helpful .

Selected hotel for proximity to LHR, due to late night arrival. I was surprised to find you have to pay for bus transport to the hotel - I was under the impression you could walk to it. Not so! Paid the four pounds to take the bus to the hotel. Check-in was smooth. Paid for wireless internet access (15 pounds for 24 hours), but never could get it to work, even with level two support (free call from room). However, the hotel cheerfully took it off my bill the next day. Ordered room service - at 1am the only thing you can get were sandwiches and salads, but order was delivered very promptly. Food was good - I ordered ham & cheese with crisps (potato chips for U.S. readers). Bed was comfortable - I loved the down pillows! Shower was nice. The TV selection was very limited - mostly non-English stations, and a few BBC ones. Overall, good choice for my stay.

It's definately not a 4 star. The decor looks like it was still in the 80's. The walls were thin and you could hear other doors slamming. Friendly staff and complimentary computer to print out boarding passes. Dining there is expensive but McDonalds is right across the street. The shuttle is 8 pounds rountrip/person to the airport. I'm glad I was only there for a night as a stopover.

Great value only two miles from London Heathrow. Have stayed four times in the last month. Rooms are comfortably appointed, beds are very comfortable. It has become my Heathrow mainstay.

Arrived at Heathrow at 11:00 pm due to flight delays. Was able to go on line and book a room, hotel was very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Taxi was 11 pounds one-way, Terminal Bus took almost an hour due to stops at other hotels. Rooms were great, beds very comfortable. Breakfast not included, breakfast buffet okay and over priced. Overall - Solid value with great room. Eat breakfast elsewhere and plan appropriately if using terminal bus.
