Dissappointed Stay

We are Priority Club members at the Intercontinental Hotels and have stayed in Vienna and Budapest at the Intercontinental Hotels but the Burswood was not up to standard in terms of customer service. The priority check in and out is very slow. Our beds were only turned down once in our 3 night stay and we did not receive our complimentary fruit and water with welcoming letter. Our luggage and car were not ready as requested before our check out. The hotel itself provides a good variety of entertainment and the lobby is lovely and spacious.
