Totally overpriced

I had to wait in line for almost half an hour As a business hotel, they refused to call a taxi between 7-9 AM in the morning for their guests causing me to be late to my meeting. There was no speedy check-out, forcing me to again wait in line for 45 minutes to checkout. Avoid this place. There are much better options at this price!!!!
