Water shuttle For cruisers!

Very cute Hotel. Somewhat older but very clean and central. The staff is extremely helpful.
We arrived at port by cruise. We had no idea how to get to our hotel. We understood the water taxi was going to be $$ euros. one way. It is not possible to take a car to this Hotel. We took a free bus close but yet very far. The walk with luggage is difficult. (bridges with steps) . Now we know the water shuttle is the way to go. It stops right in front of this Hotel. When we arrange another trip to Venice we have the knowledge we need.

It is very close to the train station and vaporetta stops giving ease of access to Marco Polo Airport, Murano Island, San Marco Square or any of the endless things to see and do. We had a very large room by european standards that had no view. The size and beauty of the room and the marble bath with whirlpool tub more than compensated for the view. It has a roof top bar with a view or you could walk out of the front door of the lobby and you are in the middle of Venice and it's magnificent views of the Grand Canal. It was a bit pricey but I have not been to europe in 20 years so everything was pricey to me! Can't wait to return and will definately stay here again!

Excellent hotel. Most beautiful room we stayed in on our Italy trip. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Great view of the Grand Canal from our room. Breakfast was great, except they served instant coffee!!! We were on the top floor in the corner room. Three windows and a balcony. Great views, even from the bathroom.
Good use of small venetian space

"As all hotels in Venezia are short on room, this one makes excellent use of the available space. Only a short walk from the train station was nice. I would hate to have to find my way through the maze of canals with luggage. Look out for the room service though, it is in typical venice fashion...Overpriced!"
Great Location but that's about it.

This is the closest hotel to the train station in Central Venice which makes it very convenient. The rooms were extremely small and for over * Euros per night, I would have expected breakfast to be included. That would have been 18 Euros more PER PERSON!
