Location fabulous; hotel average.

The Polonca district is an urbanite's dream; shops, residences and fabulous outdoor restaurants and cafes. Plus the location adjacent to the park and museums can't be surpassed. The only disappointment was the hotel room. While the Nikko lobby and guest amenities are first rate, service top drawer, bathroom clean, the room itself was average-at-best. If the worn rug could talk I wouldn't want to hear it! But again, I cannot praise the location and neighborhood highly enough.

good hotel

I stayed for business and had a good time. I traveled alone and needed a safe place to go and this was it! The staff treated me very nicely and the room had an amazing view (the wall that faced the city id s gisnt glass that lets you wach the beautiful city). I ordered a LOT of room service because of my busy schedule there and the food was ok, a little pricey but nice. Would stay there again for sure!

This is a hotel owned by a Japanese company - so the rooms are a bit in a Japanese style. Not a big fan of the coloring or the way the room is decorated, but the staff was really nice and helpful. They have a few restaurants, 2 sushi bars as well. The food was pretty good.
