amazing resort!!

If you are considering the Riu palace you won't be disapointed. My now husband and I travell frequently and this resort is by far our new favorite. It is in a great location , only a $10 cab ride or 20min. walk to town. The food is great. The view is amazing. The pools are beautiful and clean as well as the rooms. Best of all, the staff are friendly and we received great service while we were there. All in all, I strongly reccomend this resort, we had a great honeymoon.

The service was great from the time of check-in. The rooms where clean. The pool areas where well maintained. The food was okay for buffet food, but the speciality rooms where not worth the effort to make reservations. Poor food in this area. However, we will return.

This hotel is in a beautiful location, and the views are amazing. The room smelled musty and there was mold on the ceilings, but other than that, the food was good and the pools were great.

First timers to Cabo, In town for Sammy Hagars Birthday Bash, RIU Palace suggested by past guest, Hotel was awesome, Staff outstanding, will refer friends and will return to RIU Palace again...work on Food quality...food temp and storage questionable.

The hotel is gorgeous, all the restaurants/bars and pools are centrally located. That also means that if you have a room near the bars/entertainment, it is not a quiet night if you want to go to sleep before midnight. The breakfast was delicious...the buffet was good, but gets a bit tiresome after 3 days. And the dress code for the restaurants is not strictly enforced. Many men showed up in shorts and sandals. Overall the resort is sparkling clean and the staff are extremely helpful and polite.
