We only stayed two days, but found the staff very helpful. They had satellite TV, so my husband was able to watch football :). The fitness center and pool are excellent, although there is no outdoor pool. What is very convenient is the hotel is connected to a mall, and the movie theatre is across the street. The mall is very similiar to what you would find in any US mall, so it is not the place for souvenir shopping. The breakfast buffet was excellent, as was our dinner in the hotel restaurant. Overall great hotel, and very safe.

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding night. Our room was gigantic. I would be perfect for anyone staying several nights or as a stop on your way to Antigua. The hotel catered our wedding reception in Antigua--incredible food, incredible service, incredible value. Very accomodating!

Stayed here as part of a tour group. This was a great place to start our tour of Guatemala. This hotel was a real pleasure. I would definitely stay here again. You feel very safe here, but are clearly outside of the upscale ?zona Viva.? The attached shopping centers offer typical U.S. goods, and are frequented by middle class Guatemalan?s, not other tourists. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good. The hotel bar had entertainment. The indoor pool and gym area were very nice. Prices at this hotel were incredibly reasonable. Just make sure the location works for you.
