The Mango Innn

Quote: The Mango Inn is great if you are looking for a low key place that is close to the beach. Do not expect many extras. There is a microwave and fridge for everyone to share, small televisions, with remotes that have to be checked in and out at the end... Read the full The Mango Inn review

Disappointed in San Juan

  • 1 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • March 11, 2007
Quote: Hotel was NOT near pier as indicated. There was dark hair in the sheets and when we went out to walk the next morning, a motorist stoped and told us to get back in the hotel and hold on to my bag. Not a safe area at all.

one night stand

Quote: For the price no complaints. Stayed one night at end of our trip. 5 minutes from airport. Room and linens were clean, staff were friendly and morning coffee and chocolate covered donuts great. Attached Asian restaurant was excellent.

don't go by the pic

Quote: This place is really bad if you go by the pic. The bathroom light never worked. There is no clock, ants everywhere, and the AC works when it wants to.

Quote: This place is a dump. The staff is very rude. There was a leak in our room with a giant whole and they didn't even put a bucket for the water. The towels had holes in them room service was horrbile. oh and the AC only works half of the time.

Quote: It was a very nice inn to stay at, even though it is a little hidden behind all the other ones. My suggestions would be to put a sign that you can see off the mainstreet.

Very cheap... so what can you expect?

Quote: I booked two rooms and the differences were notable. My bathroom had a leaky shower head that sprayed water all over the bathroom. The other room's was immaculate. The a/c in my room was not powerful enough to cool the whole room, but the other room... Read the full The Mango Inn review

Not Too Bad

  • 2 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • June 29, 2006
Quote: My first reaction was a little disappointing. The hotel did not look like the photos online. The furniture in the rooms were runned down. The television was really small and no remote control was provided. The towels were old and stained. We... Read the full The Mango Inn review

Not wonderful, but not terrible

  • 3 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • June 27, 2006
Quote: The Mango Inn is close to the airport and relatively cheap. It's fine for crashing at night. Clean sheets, clean room, hot water--basic stuff. Friendly staff. No clock. No view. A short walk from the beach (via two walking bridges over the... Read the full The Mango Inn review
