Best value in town- our 6th vacvation in PV

The atitude of the Premier staff reflects that they wish to see you again here real soon. One can enjoy the many activities of PV due to the hotel's great location or simply never leave the grounds and enjoy a complete vacation. PV is full of good restaurants; but none top the cuisine and service here. The services, cleanliness and facilities were all outstanding, and at such reasonable, not cheap, prices! Our experience here was truly tops in our many stays in PV.

This is the place to get away from it all!

I loved this hotel for several reasons. If you are looking for a place to escape it all but also want to distance yourself from the typical spring break party crowd or kids screaming - this is the place for you. Champaign and massages upon check in was so classy after a long flight. We always found pool side chairs and beach chairs even when we showed up around 1:00. We liked that the hotel was a few steps off the beach. This hotel is well worth the price you will pay. we didnt eat at the restraunt (except for poolside snacks which were great) because at nights but took a 5 dollar cab ride to where all the more authentic restraunts were downtown. We would definately stay here again.

What a WONDERFUL Hotel

My Girlfriend and I were planning a VERY last minute get away and somehow stumbled on thei WONDERFUL place. I was extremely extremely pleased. The Staff was GREAT, concierge walked us to our room, showed us around. Got a great welcome massage, the room was INCREDIBLE, views are second to none and overall it was just amazing. I wouldnt reccomend the All-inclusive package unless you plan to stay on the hotel grounds all day. there are some great restaurants and bars a few blocks away. The prices for EVERYTHING is VERY reasonable ($50 for 2 people 1hr horseback riding, $40 20 mins parasailing, $150 for dinner for 2 ON THE secluded BEACH with candles right outside the hotel) Overall I would DEFINITELY go back and hope to get back this year. Also we had the spa-suite that came with a free massage and it was incredible as well. Perfect bang for the buck and you will NOT be disappointed one bit.

A unique boutique style hotel with exceptional service

My wife and I booked this hotel primarily for the location, walking distance to town and Malcon (waterfront boardwalk). In addition, the no kids adults only policy made it a relaxing time at te pool. We had a Honeymoon Suite which included a hot tub on the deck and all rooms are Ocean Front. We went during high season and although the pool is smaller and limited lounges available we never had a problem with getting two together. We had a couple of minor service issues like the lock on the sliding beach front exterior door did not work and was mentioned to butler but never fixed. I called concergie to make us a reservation at a local restaurant which she never called us back to confirm the time. If you are looking for value and if you can save one hundred a night, you maybe better off at their sister property next store provided you can get a beach front room there. This however, most likely is the best property if you are looking for the best in a downtown location. At four hundred a night for the honeymoon suite with taxes, we would have been better off with just a standard room. Although the Food is great at the hotel, don't waste your time as their are so many great eats in Puerto Vallarta. A breakfast walk across the street and go to El Andariego's, it will be the best breakfast you will ever have for 5 bucks. The menu features save american style and authentic mexican breakfast dishes.

First Time in PV

This hotel is lovely. We loved the openness & "zen" music. Intended to visit the spa, but ran out of time. The 5 min massage & champagne upon arrival is wonderful. Fitness center was not crowded early in the a.m. PV has too many peddlers on the beach--hotel security was pretty good about keeping them away. Beach is rocky and according to a travel guide, water is not clean-stay at the pool. Service at hotel is friendly & efficient. The immediate area around the hotel is grimy, but when you're in the hotel, you'd never know it. PV has great taxi's to take you anywhere in the city. Recommend the romantic zone for great restaurants.
