I cannot begin to explain how this place is just amazing! I went with my parents, brother, and husband to PV and stayed at this hotel. We are all at awe with the service that we received. From the moment that we arrived to the day that we left, we were treated with courteousness and friendliness :) We all loved every moment we stayed in PV especially because of this hotel! We had a free ugrade to a master suite and the jacuzzi and the pillow selections were a great addition to our rooms. We loved staying at the beach because of the cabanas and hammocks. We appreciate the honesty of the personnel in telling us where the best restaurants, clubs, etc were. And the food they served there were just delish! We all can't wait to go back!!!! This place is truly a gem!

This is a treasure of a hotel, the service was great, from the room maids to the concierge and management, we felt pampered and indulged. We had a Master Suite which was beautiful with a great view and the spa tub on the balcony was a great way to watch the fantastic sunsets. The food in all of the restaurants was the best we've ever had in a hotel restaurant. We did the all inclusive and found it to be great value, my husband especially liked not having to take his wallet with him.
The pool area is relaxing and we loved that there were always piles of huge towels, as well as books and sun lotions on the poolside carts that were always kept stocked up. Poolside service was fantastic and never obtrusive. The four poster beds on the beach were really luxurious and the beach was always clean and groomed.
Our only downer was that the hotel bar had no atmosphere and few people used it, we went to the sister hotel next door which has a really nice pool bar open late, (service there was also exceptional). We will certainly go back and feel that we made friends of the staff and look forward to our next trip. This is a great hotel for couples of any age.

This property will absolutely WOW you. All of the pictures displayed of it were correct as to what you got and then some. I highly recommend the Master Suite. It is beautiful. The jacquzzi on the balcony is glorious and the views spectacular. The turn down service made the end of the evening complete. The food for breakfast and dinner were good/excellent. There wasn't much of a selection for lunch but it was okay. We were all inclusive and feel that we got our monies worth. We ate dinner downtown once and appetizers w/cocktails a few times. The downtown walk is a short distance. The shopping is great (pack an empty bag) From the arrival champagn, cold wet towels, mini massages to the room and view nothing could exceed your expectations. We went to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had a private dinner on the beach (Halloween) and it was the best birthday I have had. They have a special menu choice (3) and we had the rack of lamb and it was 5 star and so was the service. My husband hired a local Mariache Band to play for us - it was so romantic. It was an additional $60.00 US for the dinner and was well worth it. The spa is wonderful also. The only negative thing was that we purchased ground transportation with Tukari Transfers - Do Not purchase any. They all try to sell you excursions and they take you (fiinally) to your destination on un-air conditioned buses. Walk outside of the airport and get a taxi. The taxi was actually less that we paid Tukari and much faster.

My husband and I stayed at the Villa Premiere to celebrate our 40th birthdays. It was such a nice, relaxing trip! We chose the all-inclusive package and that was a good choice for us - I'm sure we would have spent much more on drinks and food if we chose the European plan. The rooms are lovely and the view is spectacular. The only downside was that we were not able to get a room with a king-sized bed. Our flight arrived pretty late and their weren't any rooms left with king-sized beds, nor could we be upgraded. In the end, though, our stay was still very memorable, even with two double beds! If you are looking for a quiet hotel where you can relax with the one you love, the Villa Premiere is the place for you!

Hubby and I needed a vacation without the kids, so we went with this hotel. We were so glad that we did--it is definitely the best hotel we have ever stayed in. It was peaceful and quiet throughout the entire hotel. We spent every night either by the pool or on our balcony watching the gorgeous sunset. The staff was incredible. We opted for the all-inclusive (the only way to go, in my opinion). The restaurants are top-notch, but we especially enjoyed the pool bar (with very attentive wait staff) and the 24 hour room service. I am vegetarian, and they even had a menu just for that purpose! We loved the beds by the pool and the ocean. The hotel location was perfect. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you want to get out of the hotel. We never took a cab--just walked everywhere. The walk to the Malecon is short (and it's the best way to experience real Mexico). We saw several other hotels while we were there, and we've talked to friends who have also been to Puerto Vallarta and we know that we made the best choice with Villa Premiere.
