Very clean, professional staff, decent continental breakfast, OK parking . Only complaint is that the rooms are a bit on the small side. I have stayed off and on for several weeks and is consistent. Thumbs Up!!

Simple but clean and comfortable in a very quiet area. Just what you need if you need to get back to JFK in the morning. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good value for money. I spent only one night but I enjoyed and definitely would come back.

For the price, the hotel was great and served my needs. It was close the to the airport. The shuttle to and from JFK was on time and ran frequently so I was never standing in the cold long. The rooms were clean and just the right size.

The staff here are amazing!!! They helped us find every place possible. Very welcoming and warm. Even the shittle drivers were great. If i return to New York I will be staying here again just on account of the staff. The room had the perfect amount of space, even when they squeezed a fridge in there for us. The breakfast they have available is large with multiple choices. A very clean hotel with a great location by the airport making transportation in NY easy.

The guy working behind the counter booked a taxi for us. It turned out to be a strange kind of taxi, and the driver was not able to give a proper receipt.
