This small hotel was very cozy and had a nice comfortable feel to it. It's definately not glamorous, but the room was clean with everything you need and the staff was very friendly. We were able to walk out from our room 10 feet to an outside dining area right on the lagoon. There is a little bar area for drinks and to order food. Hammocks are close by. There is a small pool that was very clean, right in the center of the hotel area. The hotel is located close to everything in the Cancun area.
Nice enough for a cheap vacation

The room was nice enough for the price. I think remote controls could be added to the TV. And let the cleaning lady clean EVERY DAY or you will have ants in your bed. Walking distance to the club zone. And very close to the bus stop
"Stayed once, not twice"

We booked a night at both ends of a trip to the Yuacatan, as we arrived, and as we left. We cancelled the second night, as we would not stay twice. Dirty, bugs, poor lighting. Only a great location to the heart of the city.

The hotel has a great location. The nightclubs are at a walking distance about 15 min., or two bus stops away. The room has a AC, TV, fridge, sink, table and closets. It also has a nice view of the lagoon.
No complaints for the money!

The hotel was "bare bones", but I wasn't looking to spend a fortune for 3 days. Since it's on the lagoon instead of the Carribean, it would be nice if they could somehow make arrangements with a hotel across the street to allow their guests to walk thru to get to the water.
