Nice Safe location

I have stayed at this hotel 2 times for a special event. We have been very pleased with the service and cleanliness. The neighborhood around the hotel is not conducive to walking but the hotel itself is very safe and comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel twice. Each time the staff was courteous, efficient, and always assisted us in all our needs. The rooms are nice and have been very clean. The pool was very nice as was the hot tub. The breakfast that is included with the room is a nice amenity and the food was good. The wireless interent was stable and much more reliable than what we found at another luxury hotel in Chihuahua. The only suggestion for improvement is the fitness room. There were only 3 treadmills and each time one was out of service. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very clean and service very friendly. Pool was beautiful and nice whirlpool as well.

A truly business hotel.
Its location can be excellent if you deal with all the factories in the North part of town, but even if you deal in the Downtown area, you won't feel too bad, the taxi ride will take just 20 minutes and cost 50 pesos, well worth them as the hotel is devoted to make you feel at home and has many amenities to help you relax and rest.
The pool is superb and has a heated Jacuzzi on the side. They also offer pool tables in the lobby area just next to the breakfast tables (self serve breakfast buffet included in the price of your room, wow).
The laundry machines are really cheap, just 7 pesos per token and they include the detergent on the deal.
Hungry at midday or midnight? Don't worry being in the "out" part of town doesn't mean you will suffer, there are a couple of vending machines at the lobby area but for a more solid meal you are just steps from Denny's restaurant open 24 hours a day (operated by the same owners of the hotel) and they do have the luxury of room delivery. More convenience is just not possible.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, they remember your name and company and will offer you lot of help and tips on dealing with the city issues. I can't find any reason to stay in the Downtown area when I come back to Chihuahua. If you are driving, the hotel has very ample parking areas, with easy access to every wing of the hotel.
