The worst vacation ever!!!

This is not a family or a relaxation destination! Unable to sleep due to drunk roudy guests , loud music well past midnight, my kids crying unable to sleep. No security control of situation. No other rooms avail? Except for fresh fruit, food incredibly bad, seafood night featured rancid shrimp! Lack of plates, utensils, towels.Ceiling leaked in bathroom, no working shower. Left 4 days early out of desperation flew to St. Louis (only flight to midwest)

Jr. suite was very nice. Food was ok but the options became boring by the end of the week. Dinner on beach was nice.Spa was terrible. It was obvious the technicians had no real massage training. We ordered a package of services and they had to double check the book to see what they were supposed to do.Entertainment was good; casino still under construction, will be nice. I would go again for relaxation.

The hotel may not be the largest or fanciest hotel but it was the most service oriented because of the quaint atmosphere. The rooms are adequate for sleeping, clean and roomy. With superb weather, you will only need the room for sleeping. The service staff was phenomenal (and good-looking) and the grounds were kept beautifully. You will truly feel like you are know on a first name basis. The food was tasty. The bartenders surely did not stiff you on the liquor! All-Inclusive should be changed to All-Abundant. I had a superb experience. The only drawback was the disco area.

Grand - Great Hotel

This hotel is very affordable so I was I little concerned about the quality before getting there. Thankfully, the hotel, staff, room, beach and climate were great. There was some seaweed in the beach due to bad weather the week prior. The food was average which is very common for Punta Cana Hotels, but when I am on vacation I don't really eat much, so that is OK with me. This is the 3rd hotel I visit in PC. They are about to finish construction of a casino, which will be a great feature in the next month or so. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

I went here with my girlfriend for a whole week and we REALLY had a very good time! There was always activities somewhere in hotel that you could just burst in or you could lie down by the pool or the beach without going anywhere except bar! People are so nice here; just ask them for whatever you want. Don't forget ask them to change your sheets or you will ENJOY the same sandy sheets for a whole week!
