The hotel belongs to a partner of the Club Med chain but it has little in common with the usual Club Med Hotels. For a start it''s very much of a quiet place, at the edge of the oasis near some palms. Inside there''s a large swimming-pool (unheated in winter, i''m afraid) with deck-chairs and, especially, lots of plants and colourful flowers. There''s also a nice bar with a dancing floor and comfy sofas - the kinds that, when you sit down, you surely don''t want to stand up again and dance. People seemed to go there for a few drinks and a chat rather than to dance the night away - which was perfectly fine for us. There''s also a hamman (turkish bath) - opened until 8 PM - which is a great way to unwind after a full day of visits. The hotel was very pleasant: maybe the only drawback was the reasturant - self service all the time - even for dinner.
