Very Good Experience

My family and I took a Christmas vacation and chose to stay at Holiday Inn because it is a well known hotel chain. We were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and the newly renovated sections of the hotel are very impressive. The room was spacious and clean. My children really enjoyed the pool area that had an entertainment stage within view so they could watch the many shows offered throughout the day. The beach is great, with a little island out at sea for tanning. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone

My husband and I were here from 11-27-08 to 12-2-09. This was our first trip to Jamaica and it was wonderful. The Holiday Inn was great. We had no problems whatsoever. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The staff goes out of their way to accomodate anything you may need or want. The food was great. We ate at the buffet and also at both restaurants that were open. I would rate the food a 4 on a scale of 1 to 5. We are hopefully going to bring our 2 children back with us and stay for a week this summer. We were very surprised when we arrived. We had looked at pictures on the internet and everything had been updated and changed when we got there. This hotel is very clean and nice. Will definitely be back!!!

I hae to say the the holiday inn sunspree visit was fantastic, this was not my first stay, but I must say that the service was excellent, the rooms are nice, clean. Every nite there was something going on. We travel to jamacia at least 2-3 times a year and we will definetely return to the holiday inn

Stayed ther 12/2-12/8 Would stay there again. Food on a scale 1-5 would be a 3.5. Service was very good and staff went out of ther way to please. You are going to Jamaica for the sun,sand and swim this place has it all

While the trip ended relaxing it began not so much. Check in said after 3pm. We got there after three but still had to wait over an hour and half for a room.
The buffet restaurant has its good days and bad not always tasty.
