Great Hotel

I was surprised that it was so great. The air conditioner worked great. The shower was always hot. We were upgraded. Georgous sunsets and front staff was always attentive and accomodating. Don't really see where they need any major updates. No pool but the ocean is right across the street. Desperately want to go back. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

We stayed at La Siesta for a total of two nights and it was just wonderful. I got a room in the heart of Old Mazatlan and literally a stone's throw away from the ocean!

Hotel is near the beach, it does not have a swimming pool, and it needs updating although for the price it,s not bad.

"Perfect for the beach, resturants and the Market."

The rooms facing the ocean have balconies that open out onto sea breezes and pounding waves. The rooms at the back of the hotel are quieter and about $10 less per night.

There's a jug of purified water on each level. TVs cost extra, but you don't need one with this great ocean view. The restaurant in the hotel is the popular El Shrimp Bucket.
