Not what we expected..

The hotel grounds are very well kept and nice but the rooms are a mess. The furniture in our standard ocean view room was old and damanged, the bed was hard and the bathroom was in need of a good scrubbing. The best part of the room was the view. The kids club was great, my daughter liked the fact that she could stay in the water park all day if she wanted to and not have to do activities. We also didn't care for the resturants that you had to make reservations for, don't waste your time, the buffet and outside grills were good. If your into beaches their beach front is full of rocks so be very careful ! The real disappointment though was the constant sales attempt every time you walked through the lobby. I have never been so annoyed during my hotel stay as I was at the Crown Paradise Club. So if your looking to relax and not be bothered don't go there they just don't seem to understand "No Thank You".

The worst part of this hotel is the old rooms. There has not been any renovations in the run of the house rooms. Rusty tubs, Smelly, No refrigerator is a norm. We paid the over priced rates because of my child (this is a kid friendly hotel) but we got the cheap rooms. Make sure you get the rooms in the new section of the hotel with the Jacuzzi in it. They are very nice. they will give you the worst room until you compliant but a lot of people don't know they exist. We eventually got the nice room after complaining to the RUDE unwilling manager. The staff were very nice. Pools were good too. DO NOT make reservations at the restaurants as they are not worth it at all. Considering the price, We could do a lot better.

First family vacation traveling with 8 & 10 year old girls. Stayed 7 days & CPC exceeded our expectations. There's no way to go but All-Inclusive! Make sure you make your dinner reservations ahead of time & make sure you don't miss the 9pm shows in the theatre every evening. AWESOME. We found if you weren't at the main pool by 8:30am (not 6am) it was 'difficult' to get a 'Good' chair but we always found something. The staff and the food ROCK, we were never, ever hungry no matter what time of day or night. We can't wait to go back!!

Needs Attention

The resort has geat food with a variety of restaurants. The activities staff is wonderful. The shows were enjoyable. The waiters, etc. were very helpful and attentive. Management does not provide accurate info about the accommodations/rooms. Iwas at this resort 5 years ago and the conditions inside the units have deteriorated. There are plumbing problems, insect problems, a/c problems etc. If these issues were addressed, this would be a top notch resort.

Had such a great time in June 06, bought timeshare and are returning on June 8th!! Expect a few hiccups, but nothing to complain about.
