Nice Hotel, Could do better on Customer Service

While the room was nice we had a adjustable bed that did not work. When we reported it the next morning the only response was I'm sorry, we will have maintenance look in to it. We only stayed for one night and there was not any offer to compensate us for something in the room that did not work.
