I am the most critical when it comes to Hotel stays. I investigate every website and read every review available. The HUTTON ended up being my choice because it was so new and looked lovely. It ended up way beyond my expectations! The staff was amazing from the moment I arrived till the day we left. I was even approached by the Hotel Mangaer when I was sitting in their gorgeous lobby. She spoke to me for sometime, it was lovely to be treated so well by all the staff. I felt like a Celebrity! The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms have granite and wonderful showers. We also ate Breakfast in the hotel, and when our food was being delivered we had 4 people serve us! WOW. I also looked at two other Well Known hotels downtown, and did visit them while I was there, but felt I totally made the right choice with this five star Hotel! We had a little yorkie, and they treated him just as nice. They brought us a TREAT bag with everything from bones, to bowls for his food. I could go on and on, you can't go wrong by staying here!

This hotel is all about service. I expect a great room and good food in my hotel, but service is often the missing factor. This hotel has it. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Everyone remembered my name, they were there to help and make my stay enjoyable. The rooms are new, the style is contemporary but not overdone. The bar at 1808 Grille was lively and inviting, the food was great in the bar and restaurant. I met some of my friends from Nashville who had not been there yet, The Hutton is now on their 'list'.
Elegant and Green

The Hutton was everything I wanted, hip, elegant, comfortable and affordable. The rooms were large and well equiped. Great beds and bedding, nice robes and slippers and a nice armchair and desk set-up. The bathroom was super modern and very clean with a great shower. The hotel is new yet the kinks had been worked out and the staff were well informed and very helpful. The courtesy car (driver included) was a very nice touch.
The valet parking is rather expensive but better than trying to find parking elsewhere.

The Hutton Hotel was extremely hospitable and welcoming. The decor was very chic and the service was outstanding. The amenities were great, and the espresso "bar" on each floor was a lovely touch. Parking was steep (self--park wasn't available yet during my stay), but the valets were swift, careful, and friendly.
Overall, this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in in a very long time!

We had a wonderful 5 days at the Hutton. Everyone went above and beyond to accomodate us in every way. The staff was a breathe of fresh air as well as the rooms. The showers were amazing, and the decor of the room made you feel as you were at home as aposed to a hotel. We cannot wait to get back to the Hutton, Nashville.
