Description: I cant really complain about the Trump Plaza. It was expensive to book but I had a room with a view of the boardwalk and the sea and the staff were fantastic. The lady at the check in desk told me that I would win a lot of money and have a great stay and spoke to me like she knew me all her life. I was really flattered with the good hospitality.
On my first day I had arrived late and was so hungry but apart from the expensive restuarants I couldnt find fast food. I had to settle for Mars Bars and coca cola. The area is fairly safe and is close to Caesars and Ballys, though a bit of a distance from other main hotels like the Showboat.
I was going to book into the Hilton as it was cheaper and when i saw how far away it was I was glad i didnt. I never had to get a taxi once in Atlantic city as the main casinos were all nearby.
I won money on the slots here. A substantial sum of around $500 which pleased me as I had spent a lot of money on my vacation before coming here. I never played any table games. Staff are polite and the area is well patrolled.
The room itself was a little threadbare, i was suprised that it hadnt been updated. I did have a great view of the sea and the Boardwalk which was great at night time. I would recommend going to the shopping mall on the boardwalk as there are lots of fast food eateries and cafes.
All in all I would recommend a visit.
