My wife and I are newly weds, just returned from our honeymoon. We stayed a couple of nights here and we loved it. The staff was very courteous.......we booked a deluxe room and they gave us a free upgrade to a junior suite because it was our honeymoon, they gave us some nice comps during our stay, and they were very friendly and hepful as well. My wife and i are planning a return trip already and Ballys is definitly the hotel and casino for us!

I,my friend & her mom had a great experience staying at Bally's . We're used to going to Bally's in Vegas & hadn't been to AC in about 10 years. I think we'll be coming back to AC from now on. We had reservations for Bally's & double checked to make sure before we got there. When we checked in, we got what we had reserved even though we checked in after 7:00 p.m. Also no lines at check in. The room was clean, the bathroom a little dated. The best part was how friendly & helpful everyone was !! Especially the security people at the elevators ! Always a big smile & something nice & cheerful to say to you. Definitely kept the mood upbeat. Dealers were nice at the tables & even the houskeeping staff waved & said hello. We had some good meals at 6ix restaurant on the 2nd floor. The casino was right size for my friend's mom ( who's 75 ) to walk around & not get lost from us. Good amount of roulette tables open. Didn't care for the $7.00 beer at the bar & cocktail waitresses needed to come around a little more often . Also we stayed Tues.-Fri. a.m. & I don't think I'd want to be around for the weekend as it looked like it would get really crowded. I recommend staying during week.

We have stayed at Bally's twice before and, as usual, it was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff at Bally's are very helpful and we checked in very quickly. We have no complaints. We will stay there again in the future. For the price of this centrally located hotel, you really can't beat it.

When they advertise internet service they dont tell you it is an additional 10 dollars a day for this service. When they advertise the sauna and spa this is also not included with your room. You only have access to the lesser of the two pools. The better pool with spa is an additional charge. You pretty much have to walk through the casino to get to the rooms in the tower but everywhere you hear security telling people with children that they are not supposed to be in the area. So not kid friendly. Also many dining facilites are only availble in the gaming areas. Dining lines are long, check in lines are long and you even half to wait in line to check out. Eating areas were not very clean. The rooms were o.k. though and the staff was mostly helpful and friendly. Just lots of extra charges and very difficult to manuver from one place to another.
