Our stay at Bugambilias Sheraton Resort was absolutely outstanding in every aspect. This is a magical place and from the moment we set foot on the property we felt as if we were in paradise. The grounds are spectacular, with literally thousands of palms and fragrant flowers adorning the resort. The staff is incredibly attentive and the food is absolutely exceptional in every regard. There is so much to see and do and it been a great experience.

Beautiful hotel. Staff very accommodating. A lot of things to do. Massage by beach was so relaxing. Food on the property was very good . The ocean view room was beautiful, the bed and the pillows were great. The spa at the hotel is first rate as well, and they also seem to do a big wedding business. I saw many beautiful seaside weddings at sunset and corporate events. Great place for kids .We will definitely go back but now with our kids.

We loved the place. The hotel was very nice, big room and bathroom. Activities for kids were great; our 3.5 year old daughter had a great time. The staff was the nicest and the hotel spa was the best. Food at pool delicious. Don?t forget to try the coco loco at la palapa bar is the best.

My boyfriend and I were on a romantic vacation. The walls were very thin we could hear actual conversations in the hallway. Don't try to replace beverages from the in room fridge with your stuff, they will charge you an extra $30. We were contastantly being hassled by one of their staffs to book a tour. I would not stay here again. Rooms needed a little update with the decor. The things that we both enjoyed was the view from our room, the pool, and excellent wait staff at the restaurants. Buffet food was okay but overpriced. Don't book the Tukari shuttle service. It is a rip off. The ad makes it look as though you are being picked up in a limo, but they flag a taxi for you and charge you twice the price. A taxi from the airport to this hotel will run you $6-10 US dollars.

Great property. Our room was again clean, and beautiful. we had a balcony but I think we will go higher next trip. Always have minibar locked we learned the hardway, you can't use it for your own items. Close to the malecon and walking distance to everything. . the one thing that we wish they would improve is the Food. . We love the Beds!! Don't want to get out of them the first week. Enjoy
