Will stay at the Sheraton again!

Loved the hotel, staff, and location. My room was great. My view... to die for. There is no doubt that if I go back to Puerto Vallarta, I wouldn't stay at the Sheraton. I spent more time at the pool, than in my own room. The only thing I did not like was the beach, but what can you do about it. JUST TAKE A BUS TO ANOTHER BEACH!
Can't wait to go back.!

Loved, loved everything! very safe. Would go back. The only thing is that the beach is not that good, but the pool is! loved the pool, cant wait to go back!

I have stayed at this resort 4 times and each time I love it. The only thing I could say is that the bed is a little bit on the hard side but my girlfriend loved it!!! The staff is amazing, everyone there is so friendly. The rental car service is so easy and reliable. I would definitely stay here again if not purchase a time share myself. Please make sure to order a coca loca at the swim-up bar it will be worth your 80 pesos.

We miscalculated by making Sheraton Buganvilias our first hotel stay in Puerto Vallarta, as everything about our stay was so lovely absolutely nothing could possibly compare. We will definitely return to this gorgeous spot for any special occasion we can think of -- completely worth the expense for what we experienced.
The rooms , with views overlooking the bay or the ocean, are all contemporary with an extra large bed, a mini bar, large bath towels, robes ... everything one needs for a private, romantic getaway. If anything, we didn't utilize the room as much as we could have, because we felt the need to get out and about. Silly decision -- everything we needed was there!
The service was excellent. This hotel has been written about many other times so anything we can say here will be duplicated elsewhere. The main points are: beautiful, close to town, romantic setting; attentive and responsive service; expensive but worth it for the entire experience. Highly recommend it. Had no chance to evaluate other rooms/levels, so can't weigh in on those. However, I'm betting that any other room will be equally fabulous, and the service and attention remains the same no matter which level/room you stay in.

Our stay at Bugambilias Sheraton Resort was absolutely outstanding in every aspect.
This is a magical place and from the moment we set foot on the property we felt as if we were in paradise.
The grounds are spectacular, with literally thousands of palms and fragrant flowers adorning the resort.
The staff is incredibly attentive and the food is absolutely exceptional in every regard.
There is so much to see and do and it been a great experience.
