Fantastic experience, from when you walk through the doors to when you leave. Classy Hotel with a wonderful staff. This was my fourth visit and without a doubt the J W is the best Hotel in Cancun.

This is the second year we stayed here. The hotel reopened after 7 months of repairs. Several floors are not completed. The gym and 5 star restaurant were finished as we left. Indoor pool and tennis courts are still incomplete. Paid and tipped to get a nicer room, but struggled all day to get one. This ruined our first day. Hotel next door is in a noisy major renovation. It was either distracting or entertaining next to the pool. The staff was great, but it just isn't ready. Most of the other hotels looked like they are recovered from Wilma.

The hotel was very nice; the staff was exceptional. They are still undergoing some renovations as a result of Hurricane Wilma but the majority of the hotel is operational and very accommodating

We had a great time. They are still renovating from hurricane Wilma. Pool area is 100% back together and very nice. Staff is very attentive.

The Customer Service was great. Staff very attentive, and curteous. The food had no flavor for my taste. When I ordered a particular kind of beer they never had it. So I had to settle for another kind they chose for me. The ammenities were not all functional due to the hurricane, which is understadable. I was dissapointed to know that the spa and indoor pool were not operative.
