Spent the first week of 2007 with my wife. Beautiful hotel, great service, nice restaurants, and great workout facilities/spa. The weather was perfect: 85 and mostly sunny all week which helped our experience. I've looked at the past reviews and despite a little erosion on the beach, you never would have known there was a hurricane. We enjoyed every minute and would go back.

I would totally go back. The staff was on the spot, we never needed anything, everyone took care of all our needs. Beds were just as you would expect from the Marriott - comfee. Great view, great food, great time. Would recommend highly

First time at the JW Marriot, Cancun. Many things to do for all ages. I traveled with my daughter who's 6 and my Mom and brother. Everyone found something to enjoy. Indoor pool/Spa/Exercise Room had beautiful views. Suits were clean and spacious. Outstanding Staff.

Cancun althought was still under recovery from the hurracine Wilma was wonderful. The JW Marriott hotel had the best customer service I have ever had and now I plan on going back next year.

The hotel was very comfortable. The rooms were beautiful, the view was amazing.
