I was pretty impressed with the whole hotel experience. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The food was excellent, a large variety of food, which made it very exciting, and we did not get bored of the menus. We stayed 5 days, and enjoyed every moment. The place was very organized and clean, lack of chairs sometimes, which meant you had to get up extra early to go and reserve your chairs for the pool area or the beach. We also enjoyed the gym, it was great, with a nice view. I would really go back. It was worth the trip. I would recommend this hotel for families, couples, or even if you are by your self. The people were very friendly!! The bathrooms were really clean, however no vents, which seemed pretty weird, the mirrors fogged up very quickly while in the shower, which was pretty annoying... Need to fix that and everything would of been perfect.

My daughter and I went on a long weekend trip to the Royal Solaris and had a wonderful time. It was very clean, the wait staff was terrific and food was fantastic. I will definitely go back.

everything was wonderful for our 2nd year with a very friendly staff .Our room was very clean each day food was different each night, with various places to eat beach was great, drinks plentiful a side day trip to Isla Murjerus, SP? is well worth the trip took ferry over and rented a golf cart for the day fun,fun,fun counting the days to return! ps take $1 bills for tips goes a loooong way for even better service and fun to thank them for working so hard to keep your trip great

The hotel was clean, the service was exceptional and the beach was wonderful. A very good value for the dollar/peso and the best dining can be found at Marco Pollo and Venito. If you want the good booze, ask them for it by name. They'll then bring it out of the back room for you, just be sure to tip every once and a while.
Amazing Place

This place is absolutely amazing. Visited Feb 22-27. Great food always available. Drinks just flow and flow. Place is clean and gorgeous. Pools are nice and the swim up bar is fantastic. Staff is super friendly. I couldn't possibly ask for anything more. Always something going on.
