Terrible experience, bad service, dirty rooms. Very expensive for the type of hotel, I will never stay in any of the fiesta Americana Hotels in mexico. I found roaches and spiders in my room.

If you love cold water in the pools, this is your hotel. Because they have so few people staying they turn down the heating of the pools, so, the water is freezing. Not so Grand Category if you ask me.

Hotel is nice but very 80's. Needs a serious remodel to be considered 5 star. Location is great. My wife was very disappointed after staying at the Fiesta Americana Aqua two years ago. Unfortunately it was destroyed during Hurricane Wilma.
Good but could be better

The hotel is nicely decorated and has good food in restaurants, especially the seafood outdoors. Service is also friendly and polite. However, the rooms had outdated furnishings and not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel, although they are ...Read more

It would have been noce to know that hotel was getting renovated and half of the pools were empty. Beautiful hotel otherwise allthough restaurants are pricey.
