The Best!!

It was our first time in Cancun and we were so happy we selected a fantastic hotel. The staff couldn't be nicer and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The hotel is beautiful, they raked the beach every day, plenty of lounge chairs on the beach, the food was fantastic (expensive) and the maid service was exceptional. According to the locals, this hotel was one of the top 3 in Cancun. The others were the Ritz and Riu Palace. We also ate at some wonderful restaurants downtown. The only negative was that our 7 day stay was too short.

Love the location,beach

My husband and 3 year old child just came back from our 3th vacation in cancun. we decided on this hotel because of the location and the beach. Hotel is on the end of line of luxirous hotels and cross street from all the Nighlife actions, resturants. The best thing about of this hotel was the beach. calm waters and sandy beach made perfect spot to just swim and relax, nice chairs and towel service; not mentioning plenty of shaded areas. The pools were nice but very warm as could be expected in August. Staff were all fluent in english and were all vey friendly' room was nice but the shower and restroom were old and could need an upgreat. food were very expensive and all restaurants were empty I just wondered how this hotel makes money with absolutly empty resturants day and nights? the last visit we stayed at Grand Oasis which we had beautiful suite with jacuzzi and all inclusive food drink.... but beach was rough and waves were big. If you are the first timer in cancun you will not be in your Hotel all day as you will take tours like Xelha, Excart, Isla Muherasand & so on; so dont get all inclusive but if you coming back just for relaxation then all inclusive is good but be carfull which hotel you choose .Over all FAGCB was a great choice for my family

The stay at Fiesta American was absolutely wonderful.

The service was great. The people were friendly and the hotel rooms as well as all the facilities on the hotel premises absolutely splendid. Anyone who comes to visit will experience the comforts of home and then some. Words can not explain, see for yourself. I'm a person who travels a lot. This was one of the best experiences I've had since i started traveling five years ago. Wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!

MY THOUGHTS ON THIS HOTEL

The front desk was not bad. room service was slow to make up beds. pool was overcroweded with children whos parents do not watch them and they run rampard. on a scale of 1-10 I would rate this hotel a 5+ max. do not eat in the hotel it is an extreme rippoff. You can eat downtown for 1/2 the price.

Beautiful Hotel -

We were pleased with the beautiful junior suite and balcony. We had a lovely view of the sea and the nearest island. We would certainly stay there again.
