The hotel was overbooked, and there where no rooms available. WE had reservations since Nov. Upgraded to Royal hotel (sister hotel next door) First room under construction. Next room on the Caribe side. We had to share with another couple traveling with us. Third and final room on the 2nd day of trip. Nice room, no hot water. Service at front desk rude. Service slow.

Arrived and hotel was OVERBOOKED, spent first 2 days of vac at the check in counter trying to get a room. First room was not finished, 2nd was moldy, 3rd was livable but not finished. Staff was VERY rude, the food was poor and cold, will not stay here again.

Very nice hotel with excellent all-inclusive package. Great price for what was included. Lots of poolside fun. Nightly entertainment not great. Halls noisy at night. I would go there again.

Nice hotel, 3.5 stars maximum. Nice rooms, recommend upgrade to 6th floor. Menu needs work. Very nice beach, rough waters.

Good place with more positives than negatives. Extemely reasonably priced. Been to 4 other all-inclusives and this ranks up there with all of them. Great location, great staff (tips always helpful to Waiters etc.) Time share people in the lobby a hassle!! Overall we would return!! E-mail with any questions!
