beautiful hotel,pool and lounging areas have plenty of chairs. There are hammocks and beds to get shelter from the sun.Food and drinks good. Clean. Only gripe is front desk is slow/not helpful.If you want a quiet nights sleep beware what side of the hotel you are staying on ,there is a discoteque about a block down the street that plays loud music until 4 in the morning.

we enjoyed our stay and will be going back very soon. staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. food was good,well prepared at all times

The hotel itself is nice and has an excellent location. The pool, a bit small, but tons of fun and the pool activities staff was great! The food was far from great, but tolerable. The poolside drink service was pathetic, the indoor bar staff were very efficient. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly, but with the slip of a $20 bill, you can get upgraded to the VIP floor. The timeshare people weren't as bad as what some people have written. Overall, we had a great stay, but I will probably check out another resort should I return to Cancun.

they overbook the rooms, the staff was rude, the rooms were a mess, and if you have a problem good luck tryin to get a manager cause they refuse to see you in person unless you stand there for 2hours demanding one then they will send one over to you....i would never recommend this hotel to anyone
