The hotel was very beautiful, large and near the ocean. Staff and waiters are very polite, with good english. Rooms are always clean, fresh and air-conditioned. Entertainment program is magnificent, one of the best ones I have encountered. Plenty of things to do. I did not want to leave. Restaurants besides the buffet place serve fine food. The only minus is poor quality of the cocktails and drinks they serve. Their bartenders are not very professional.

Honeymooned here and LOVED IT!!!! We are going back next year and staying here!! It was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed! Undescribable!!

I have been to Cancun 5 times over the past several years and this hotel surpassed all others. The service was the best. The staff cater to your every need. The rooms were very clean. The beds were so comfortable which is a rare commodity in Cancun.I have nothing but praises for this hotel. When I come back to Cancun I will surely stay at Cancun Palace.

This hotel was great. The staff was excellent and the service was fantastic..They make you feel like they really do enjoy waiting on you. It's wonderful!! We are going back for our anniversary!! And its CLEAN!!!So clean i loved it

This place was showing off for us.It was beautiful.Service was very good.Ask for Aerl at the Steak house.No elevator to beach front.Wheelchair access is tough
