Over booked, not helpful, all rooms they claim are deluxe just the same as Clintons definition. They are not, Ocean view means unobstructed view of the Ocean, not to these people. Overly agresive time share selling...avoid the place,there are many more nice places.Met people who were in other Hotels they owned and they had the same problems...Overbooking.

Le Blanc was absolutely beautiful. The staff was attentive and very friendly. The food was different, but, good. The rooms were gorgeous-loved the hot tub and shower. Although we are not a big fan of Cancun, after staying at this resort, it is definitely a place that we would visit again.

I have been to Cancun 13 times. LeBlanc is the best hotel i have ever been to. The service and the staff are amazing. I want to go back this summer. You will not find anything better. HEAVEN!

This was my husband and my first trip to Mexico....what an experience!!! The staff are always right there with a smile to take care of your every need. The butler service was great. We told him what time we wanted our jacuzzi ready every night and it was always done. He also laid out our robes and slippers which are there to use during your stay. The food was superb. Laying by the pool, you could hardly finish a drink & someone was there asking if you wanted another. I have never been so pampered. Can not wait to go back.
