This was the most wonderful trip I have ever had! My husband and I stayed for 7 days and there was nothing we asked for that we didn't get. The spa was incredible and the food was great! Will never stay at another resort in Cancun when my husband and I are traveling alone!

Wonderfull Honeymoon

My wife and I were very impressed with this resort. We felt as if we were treated as royalty. Staff is very accommodating and everyone is pleasant. The appearance of everything was great, we have probably somewhere around 200 great photographs that we took utilizing the beauty of the resort (great lighting at night!). Great location, maybe 30min from the airport, indoor and outdoor mall withing walking distance (long walk...maybe 30min), the Coral Negro flea market was about a 5min walk away. Wal Mart and Market 28 (large flea market) was a quick 10min bus ride away. The wait staff there is great, they remembered us from day to day, and even learned our names and our dining preferences. They are very friendly and eager to converse with you, but not intrusive if you prefer the privacy. The hotel had an Oriental, Italian, International and a Terrace restaurant. We only had one meal at the Terrace restaurant, but we frequented the others all the time. They have a great breakfast buffet where you could gorge on omelets made to order, hashbrowns, french toast, pancakes, breads, fresh juices. The lunches were OK, nothing great, but kept us satisfied. The dinners seemed to be hit or miss. We only had great meals at the Italian and Oriental restaurants, the International always seemed bland and we never tried the Terrace for dinner. We're not big drinkers but the alcohol and wine service was great and plentiful. Nothing seemed watered down and they were always eager to pour you another glass. Pool and beach area were awesome. We stayed in a honeymoon suite with a GREAT ocean view. So much more to say but not enough room in this review. We'll definitely be back!

We went here for a romantic get away, and it was all that we expected. The service and hotel personnel were excelent. They made us feel like we were the only ones in the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel did not feel over crowded. There were plenty of open spots at the pool and the beach umbrellas. Food was great. Overall, excellent. I will go back for a full week.

Best ever

After 30 years of corporate traveling, it is difficult to be impressed. My six nights at the Le Blanc was the best ever stay of any hotel in the world. The service, the food, the facilities were extraordinaire. The minimalist style, although not for everyone, is the best feature. The quality of the bedsheets and towels are as good as the Ritz. The alcohol os the best quality. And the service of every employee outstanding.

Paid for deluxe room ocean view, received ground floor partial view, great view of the cabana, paid $* dollars a night. Reason:Manager stated overbooked my problem not his.Totally arrogant and unsympathetic. Got the impression they were only interested in the money I paid and how little they could do to earn it. Lots of choices avoid this one.
