What is the word I am looking for...oh, PERFECT!

I had heard great things about Le Blanc but you just don't understand how great it is until you get there. Everything was amazing. Beautiful rooms, pool, great food and AMAZING service. I am normally not a fan of Mexico because of the service, but this was just as good as the service at the 4 Seasons Maui, which would have cost double because of drinks and food. My wife and I can't think of anything bad to say. Our butlers were amazing, one time I asked a waiter to tell the butler to prepare our jacuzzi tub while we were at dinner, it was ready when we got to the room. When the butler saw us coming out of our room they opened the elevator door for us and held it until we got there. I like Vanilla Vodka and one restaurant didn't have it so they went around the entire hotel searching for it without me asking. It couldn't have been a better trip, period.

The staff, service and hotel are out of this world. Very clean, friendly and safe. Le Blanc has so many different things to offer. If you want to just relax by one of the amazing pools, play volleyball, work out or have a spa treatment. Le Blanc has it all.

we had been there last year; the hotel is good though the decoration is somewhat simple. service seemed to be a problem; particularly the staff who did not seem to be fluent in english. we will order something and something else would come up. however, the quality of the food was good. so was the spa. also, we were not provided with the transportation to and from the airport even though it was a part of the deal that we had paid for.

Le Blanc - the best in Cancun

We have stayed in Cancun numerous times and lodging at the best rated hotels, finding Le Blanc our favorite. We have never stayed at the same hotel twice until this year, booking twice in 2008 for over week stays each time. We found this stay improved from our first stay. Le Blanc is always improving itself. If you want first class service in a beautiful and clean hotel then book your stay with confidence. You will have a friendly staff that always have a warm smile with them greeting by your name. The location is perfect within Cancun, close to shopping and nightlife. We never left the property until the 6th day. There is no need to leave with the pools, ocean, fantastic restaurants, and activities if you chose to participate. We enjoyed exercising in their first rate gym everyday, followed by relaxing at the pool, and later to some top notch drinks. The people chose to stay at Le Blanc are usually just like yourself, so you may meet people that will your friends for years to come. In review, Le Blanc is the best we have experienced in Cancun.

Good but you get cheated on things

My fiance and I visited Le Blanc on an "all inclusive" trip. We were supposed to have an ocean view room. When we checked in, we asked about the room and were told we could be put on a waiting list. We were also supposed to have trips and excursions included in our package. When we asked about the trips, we were told that any trips or excursions would cost us an extra $75 dollars each to go on the trips. When we were getting ready to leave, the customer service people told us they could mail our souvenirs back to the US. Stupid me, I believed them and paid for the shipping. I should have taken the box to the airport with the packng list and put it on the plane. We waited for 3 weeks and nothing. I sent email after email and finally wrote the home office in Miami. They finally shipped the box after going through it and removing several things they claimed belonged to the hotel. The box was sent by FedEx without a packing list with monetary values on the items. When informed by FedEx that the items needed money values listed for each thing, I took the list Le Blanc sent and put values to the items and the box was still sent back to Cancun. Because the people at Le Blanc didn't care or were too busy to be bothered, they told FedEx to destroy the box and it's contents. The booking agent tried to get some renumeration from Palace Resorts and struck out too. But they did offer a 10% discount on my next booking with them. Like that's gonna happen. If you go there be sure to pack all your souvenirs in your baggage so you don't get the shaft.
