A little oasis in Medan - with friendly staff, an amazing steak house and spacious rooms, what more can you ask for! The spa is also definitely worth a visit!!!

I am glad this new hotel open up. I love it, the food very good and tasty. The rooms big and modern, i will always stay here and not at the other bad hotels in city. Staff very wonderful.

Was at this hotel in January 2009, just opened up, VERY GOOD!! Great food, excellent room rates. Best hotel in Medan!!!

This hotel is a welcomed addition to the other choices for hotels in the city. The JW Marriott, is a true 5 Star hotel. Don't be fooled by the other hotels in the city claiming to be 5 star, because they are not!!
This hotel has a spectacular steak house and the foold is fablous. The all day dining restaurant is good too and very reasonablly priced.
The pool has an amazing view on the 16th floor and the fitness center is better than most you see in the USA.
