Trip was disasterous. The hotel amenities were horrible, our room was never cleaned, and at arrival there was sand all over the bedding. We had to call 5-6 times daily to receive 1 bottle of water for 3 ppl. The hotel is NOT all inclusive like they say, at the restaurants you're only allowed to choose 3 platers regardless if they have appetizers/desserts/main courses/soups/salads. So out of 5 only 3. No medication or doctor assistance in the hotel. Doctor doesn't accept travel insurance (cash only). All alcohol was mixed with water. Majority of travelors had diarea & stomache flu.
Much opportunity for improvement...

Beach was beautiful. Rooms were OK but nothing fancy. Food was marginal at best and the attitude of most of the non-food service staff was pathetic. Very few spoke English and were borderline rude to the American guests. I won't be returning to this resort (or chain, for that matter) anytime soon. PS- join Wyndham by Request to avoid the $10 charge to eat at restaurants.

Checked in occupied room at 5PM. Service doesn' t exist, dirty room, broken phone for 4 days . Stuff doesn?t speak English, and make you feel like you in the wrong place. Food with flies, most of the time could not eat as taste was horrible, spoiled tuna etc. Beach was the best. Stuff has some sport activities and entertainment at night (OK). Five different restaurants on property charge $10 per person (in all inclusive resort!), and impossible to make reservation. To get beach chair, sleep on the beach. Keep wet towel till 3PM ? can?t return or exchange.

The hotel was OK. The food was OK. It felt safe. Not too much around the area so you're pretty much stuck at the hotel. The entertainment left alot to be desired. Service was really slow and housekeeping was not consistent. Plenty of hot water and the beach was great. No elevators, the King size rooms are on the 6th floor (walk up) I stayed in a double 3rd (walk up) not too bad.

The hotel was great and we enjoyed our vacation. There was a lot to do and the staff was always available. There was plenty of food at the buffet and a variety, However, after the 6 days I needed a change of food.
