Absolutely Wonderful!

As I sit by the beautiful fireplace in our room overlooking the water, I am typing this review. This place is amazing! From the customer service, to the beautiful views, to the sophisticated decor of the room and the plush robes and snugly bed, it has been a totally wonderful experience. The staff is so accommodating and pleasant. We took the "shuttle" to dinner last night and had a fun time visiting with the driver on the short ride. At breakfast this morning they had a delicious offering of fruit, muffins, bagels, donuts, and more. The complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres were impressive. They offered cheese, crackers, and bruschetta with smoked salmon. I can't say enough great things about this place. I will suffice it to say my expectations were surpassed and I can only hope to find hotels as nice as this one in our other travels throughout the country.

Had a wonderful stay, beautiful scenery, and treated like royalty. The rooms are absolutely wonderful. The first hotel I would have stayed in the room all day and never went out. Parking becomes limited if you arrive later in the evening. Also a bit pricey but guess you can expect that with a beautiful place like this.

We came here to celebrate my birthday and absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, complete with a claw foot tub and gas fireplace. It was very romantic with a lovely view of the river and bridge from our private balcony. We want to come back and stay longer next time. It was fabulous!

We only stayed here one night and wished it could have been longer..... The room was beautiful which was complete with a huge claw foot bathtub and gas fireplace. This made the trip. My husband and I loved the private river view balcony and got some great pictures from it. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would also suggest dining at Bridgewater Bistro, which is just steps from the hotel. Their food and service was excellent. This was a wonderful, wonderful experience!!!!

This hotel is beautiful and we would definately stay again. The views are spectacular and the staff is excellent. Great service and reasonably priced for the outstanding location. We will be back!
