Bad Management

Although there is nothing to do at this hotel, no fitness room, no pool, not a big variety for a continental breakfast, but there are things to do outside of the hotel, lots of historical sights. The desk and cleaning staff were very friendly, but the hotel manager apparently has not heard of customer satisfaction. I booked thru an online service at a lower rate but the manager argued with me to get me to pay the higher rate. This was not acceptable. Other than that, I would reccomend this hotel.
