We travel to Mexico for holiday once a year, we have been doing this for ten years. Always staying at an upscale all inclusive resort, but NONE compare to Rui Place Resorts. Our first stay at a RUI Palace Resort was two years ago, when we went to Cabo San Lucas. Last year we stayed at Rui Place Mexico. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with "welcome home". After a long day of travel, sure was good to hear. Every person we met that was affilated with this resort was very attentive to our every need. We had a spectular time, and can't wait till this May, as we are returning to Rui Place Mexico again!! We have decided that we are going to make this Rui, our Rui, that thought, being our home away from home for ten days out of the year!!! If you are in search of an all inculsive resort for your next holiday, where you can relax your mind and body and uplift your spirt, then the Rui Palace Mexico is certainly worth your consideration!!!

We stayed here one night, and I wished we could of stayed our entire trip at the Palace. Wonderful food, great service, friendly staff. Just a beautiful hotel with an excellent beach. The only complaint that we had was the beds, which are very hard. I would still recommend this hotel to everyone. The other ammenities of this hotel make up for the bed. We had room service and everything was excellent. Wonderful buffet of everything you could imagine. We can't wait to go back again.

I have only 3 Regrets with this trip 1st our honeymoon wasn't long enough 2nd I got sick on the last day and had to miss my reservation for dinner and 3rd I used the wrong travel agency that caused me to be a day late. But as for the Rui Palace Mexico it is #1 The staff, the food, the beach, everything about it. I justcan't say enough about the place you need to experience the place for yourself. I plan to go back again Thank you Rui Palace for making our honeymoon so great.

We stayed at the Riu Palace for our fifth anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed it. The beach and pool are breathtaking as well as the extensive grounds. There was a wide variety of food for dinner with the specialty restaurants and the buffets. You do have to get up early to make sure you get one of the early dinner reservations. They have two lunch places that have patio seating by the beach which had a great view. We also enjoyed the nightly entertainment which was while not spectacular were more than enough to offer a little bit of variety. We only left the hotel to do a little bit of shopping (it?s just $5 taxi to the Playa del Carmen market) and to go to Tulum. The beds were hard, but from the other Cancun area reviews I read that seems to be common. The rooms were very large with beds and a sunken separate living room with patio. Very few rooms with a direct view of the ocean.
I think primarily due to the price of the hotel, the clientele are generally older and does not have many families or 20ish party crowd. Many people from other than Canada and U.S. were there.
We absolutely would stay there again.

We just returned to the States after staying at the Rui Palace Mexico. The all-inclusive is worth every penny my friends and they even kept our room refrigerator full during our stay. The service was as high class as the hotel. We were treated well during our stay by all the staff. It is obvious that top notch service is extremely important to Rui. The food was great and the entertainment at night in the courtyard was wonderful. The wait staff made sure that our drinks were always full and were always more then willing to take our picture when asked.
