We had a great time staying here. Everyone was very attentive. Resort was kept sparkling clean. Yup, the beds are hard, but you learn to deal with it. Poly runs a great restaurant at Paradise.
still loved it

Went for our honeymoon, the rooms were nice although the housekeeping kept knocking when the privacy sign was out so we could sleep. Only 2 different beers to choose from, but we still enjoyed ourselves.

employeees here were great food was fine not great and the glasses drinks were made in were small 2-3 drinks and you need to get a refill look like they used juice glass maybe 5 oz. with ice in it.pool was nice the beach area had too many tents, not enough beach chairs and the beach chair should be replaced with some that are flat. Very hard to read a book while laying on your belly. Also felt there were to many vendors on the beach, they were all very nice but too many of them. Would I stay here again, YES YES YES. Any questions feel free to send me an email.

We first stayed there in 04 and have returned in 05 & 06. The staff is amazing. Remember: If you stay at the Golden, ALL the ammenities of the Crown Paradise Club (next door) are available to you, and some of the dining is better. The buffet and the Sans Soucis restaurant at the Club are my favorite restaruants. The taxi ride from the airport will cost you $16, and return is only $5, but that's because airport taxi drivers pay for a special license. Location is great, right by the marina and Wal Mart. A cab ride downtown is only $5.

"Just returned from a 5nt stay. Weather was great. Overall very nice quiet stay. Rooms need a bit of updating.Food, drinks, beach, pool & staff were all very nice. Staff spoke english. Yes, the beds are hard but ask for a mattress topper and it will help. Drinks were't watered down, Bella Vista had great food no RSVP needed menus changed daily. Went to Paradise for dinner twice food was great. Taxi into town $6, back to airport $5. Must recommend the ElEden Canopy zip line tour, it was great. GCP was definitely worth the $$ we paid."
