Family friendly, Quality Stay But Not Better than Others

Family friendly and very secure because they really know the guests and check you if you're not a registered hotel guest. Could be better priced had they given free breakfast with the price of the room. The food quality was not bad but a bit overpriced. Beds by the pool side were great but the pool itself needs a little tile and paint work. Pina colada was the best I've tasted so far.
Staff are generally friendly. They live by their promise to attend to guest requests within 15 minutes! See for yourself when you order food through room service.
Location can be suitable for those who want to have the peace a quiet. Plaza Colonial is just a walking distance (turn left upon exiting the hotel). Good fancy restaurants nearby (turn right upon exiting hotel) plus a small but clean cinema. The bay view is wonderful but the baywalk itself needs a little bit of cleaning up.
Room was clean and spacious but pillows and bed quality could be made better. We've compared this with another hotel nearby and this is a notch lower in quality but a notch higher in price.

For the money you spend, its worth it,.. not over priced,.. very professional staff, they really cater to there guests,.. I stayed at this hotel & honestly,.... there was no hot water in the room,.. I called the front desk,.. they took care of it ,.. in 5 min,.. very sweet attitudes from the staff... don't expect gormet food,.. the food is decent,.. yet I found it very salty, breakfast was good....They really try....
Worst Hotel ever

This place is disgusting, and the personel is the worst I've ever come across. The pictures available for this hotel are a fraud, the place looks like a low budget motel. Prepare to be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Convenient hotel with pleasant staff that takes care of their clients. Very clean and comfortable rooms and a good business center. Other hotels may have a little more glitz but don't seem to be worth the additional money
Mixed Emotions

Nice hotel and good location. They messed up and only gave us one bed instead of two. They don't let your friends visit your room. If you have a Domincan Woman as a friend they believe she is a Prostitute. The food in the Restaurant was not worth the price. We walked around the corner and found food for much less!!! The Staff was friendly, the pool and workout gym were good. Charge you for local phone calls. Fridge full of food and drinks but you have to pay for each item. When we return to Santo Domingo we will stay somewhere else!!!!!
