This hotel is a wonderful place, is really pretty inside, very upscale. The rooms were cleaned. Even after checking in at about 10 a.m., the housekeeper manager came to ask if we needed anything. The location is also great, close to many places we wanted to see in Mexico City.

Very nice position for a hotel to stay in Mexico city. Area is safe and clean. 10 min walk to the central area. 5min by taxi to museums. Zona Rosa is a walking distance away. Rooms are large and clean. Great views from rooms and from the sweeming pool.

This was my 5th stay. Location on Reforma is excellent and the construction work in the area is now complete. Service has always been very welcoming, eager to please, and a fair number of employees speak some English. This is one hotel where the restaurants are actually good - breakfast buffet is excellent here. Good business center with Internet. Decor is late 80's but the place is spotlessly clean. Be sure to visit Jardin del Arte, just a block away - lots of artist display their works in a park.
