Great Hotel Good Location

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The staff spoke good English and was very friendly. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable the food at the restaurant was priced competitive and same quality as restaurants outside. There is a large store within walking distance where you can purchase food items etc. for your room. I have to warn you as the Hotel or Tourist centers do NOT. Be very careful when touring the Lisbon Centro and other tourist areas of the city. Especially the trains and buses. There are lots of pick pockets everywhere. They operate in numbers of four or more men and women and children. If the train or bus arrives full wait for the next one. They get you in crowded buses and trains where the can lean against you. Keep your valuables and money hidden. Get a lock for the Hotel safe and leave your valuables there. Separate your cash etc. Be aware who is around you at all times. No exceptions. You will thank me for this advice.

Great place to stay with clean rooms and friendly staff

This is a nice hotel located not too from from the Centro(downtown) Ask the front desk for the key to the safe and leave your valuables in it. It is free. The Hotel staff is very friendly and speaks good english. the rooms are clean and the resturant serves excellent food at about the same price as anywhere outside. There is a large department store within walking distance. The taxi from the airport cost us 13 euros but the return fare was about 9 euros.
