Love the staff, very helpful and their food is to die for... its really authentic mexican food, love the place, the pools, the hallways is like walking trough a mexican hacienda while having the modern amenities as well.

It is a good hotel. Staff are friendly and co-operative.

It is a good hotel. Staff are friendly and co-operative. But there is room for improvement. For example, they could install a parallel telephone connection in the bathroom. Provide a welcome tequila drink! Etc. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

It's an older hotel that has ben remodeled. The room I stayed in, the carpet was so dirty it stained my white socks black. The bathroom plumbing was leaking, and they couldn't get it to stop. I was never offered to switch rooms until my check ...Read more
